Palermo Gramercy was created to honor Argentinian food, wine, and culture through honest cooking, genuine hospitality, and high standards. After years of hard work and love at our original location in Hell’s Kitchen, we’ve opened our second home in Gramercy to continue sharing everything we believe in: the highest quality steaks, fresh seafood, thoughtful wines, and warm service.
Chef Carlos Barroz leads the kitchen with deep roots in Argentinian cuisine and decades of experience working with fire, meat, and traditional flavors. The menu reflects his style—focused, soulful, and always made with purpose.
The team behind Palermo—Carlos Barroz, Orhan Cakir, and Victor Medina—built this space for people who care about food and connection. Whether it’s your first time dining with us or you’ve followed us from 46th Street, our commitment is the same: serve great food, pour great wine, and treat people like family.
The wine program is curated by Tayfun Saracoglu, our Sommelier and Head of Service, who brings over 20 years of hospitality experience and a deep knowledge of Argentinian wine. The list highlights over 200 bottles and reflects the full landscape of Argentina’s terroir.
